Vanilla Anda Mango Tango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla Anda powder
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned for creaminess or carton for lightness)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla flavored
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (for color and a health boost)
  • A squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the vanilla Anda powder, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, turmeric, and lime juice into a blender.

  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth. If you're using fresh fruit and prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes to the mixture.

  3. Taste and Adjust: Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, taste it. If it needs more sweetness, you can add a touch of honey or agave nectar.

  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
